LaserMind Team
Guides, articles and exercise descriptions on LaserMind are published under the name LaserMind Team. The team is responsible for everything published on the site.
What the team does
- Designs and builds the exercises and tools, including how scoring and difficulty work.
- Writes the method guides, Science articles and Journal articles.
- Grades the evidence for each method and keeps the references up to date.
How we write
We start from published research — systematic reviews and meta-analyses where they exist — and cite each source with a DOI or PubMed ID.
AI tools may help us search the literature, draft text and translate between English and Japanese. Before publication, a person on the team checks every reference against its original record and every claim against what the cited study actually measured.
The full rules are in our editorial policy.
What we are not
Our content is not reviewed by independent clinicians or scientists, and we do not present it as if it were. It is science education, not medical advice. If you are worried about your memory, attention or health, please talk to a qualified professional.
Report an error
If you find a mistake, or a source that does not support what we wrote, email [email protected] with the page address. We correct confirmed errors and update the page’s evidence-check date.
