How we review evidence

Every scientific statement on LaserMind links to a published source with a DOI or PubMed ID. We check each source automatically for retractions and corrections.

◆ E1 · Well-supported◈ E2 · Conditional◇ E3 · Emerging⊘ Clinical — not DIY✕ Not supported

We grade evidence per method and per goal: E1 well-supported, E2 conditional, E3 emerging, CLIN clinical (not for self-practice), and NS for popular claims that research does not support.

We separate three questions: what an exercise is, what a theory says, and what practice actually changes — trained task, similar tasks, other abilities, daily life.

AI may help us find papers and draft summaries, but every reference must resolve to a real record and every summary is checked by a person against the paper.
